MASALA FISH
My note on this recipe card says, "Very tasty with lots of garlic." But then I tend to think along those lines.
Ingredients:
serves 6
2 lb. fish fillets
3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon mixed garlic, ginger,
and coriander, crushed together
pinch turmeric
1 lemon, juice only
salt to taste
3 to 4 tablespoons butter
Smear spices and lemon juice on fish. Saute in butter on both sides until light brown.
