"Beauty You'll Enjoy For Years"

You're going to love the prints in the Allposters art gallery. Some are gorgeous, some are funny, and they're all willing to sit in a frame on your walls.

I don't know exactly how many prints Allposters carries. Maybe 100,000. They have thousands of museum art prints alone. You can either trot through the collection of great art, or type the name of an artist -- say, "Renoir" -- in the "Search" box, and get all of that artist's paintings.

And then, if you click the Fine Arts (rather than Museum Art) category, you get a whole slew of other paintings. Beautiful ones, funny ones, nostalgic ones: landscapes, photographs old and new, paintings of cats, dogs, and horses, paintings of flowers. (More than 3,000 pictures of roses alone -- I know, because I just got a gorgeous rose painting for my bedroom.)

Hint: If you find an artist you really like, click on the artist's name. You'll get everything Allposters has by that person.

Since you're poking around Food and Fiction, you may want to gift yourself with paintings you can enjoy in your kitchen while you fix your favorite recipes -- or that you can enjoy in your dining room while you eat that good food. Allposters has more than 1,000 food related art works. Plus beverage related ones. Plus plus plus . . .

Plus here's another hint: If you want something to post on or near your refrigerator -- a picture that will stop you cold when you yearn to eat still more good country or city cooking -- type "Botero" in the Allposters search box. If Botero doesn't stop you, nothing will.

     Happy hunting.
